5. Data About Minors

Baseball Pathfinder is intended for use by adults (coaches and parents) on behalf of youth players. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Player data entered into the Service (such as measurables and evaluation scores) is entered by adult users and is associated with the adult's account, not with the minor player.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, please contact us at info@baseballpathfinder.com and we will promptly delete it.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial record-keeping purposes.

Player evaluation data, draft boards, and other content you create is deleted when you delete it or when you close your account.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and row-level security in our database so users can only access their own data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
