How does the league code work?
After purchase you receive an 8-digit code unique to your league. Share it with your coaches via email or group chat. Each coach enters the code in their Baseball Pathfinder account to activate Coach Pro for the season.
What happens if a coach already has an account?
No problem - coaches with existing accounts can redeem the league code in their dashboard settings. Their account upgrades instantly.
What if I have more coaches than my plan allows?
The code has a fixed redemption limit based on your plan. Once the limit is reached, additional coaches will need their own subscription. Upgrade to the All-Access plan for unlimited coaches.
How long does the league plan last?
All league plans cover one full season - 3 months from the date of purchase. This aligns with most spring and fall rec ball seasons.
Can coaches keep their data after the season?
Yes. Draft boards, vitals, and saved data stay in each coach's account. They just lose access to features and Pro tools unless they renew.
